PROVISION AND SERVICE OF EQUIPMENT: Natural Springs Australia (HK) Ltd., hereafter called ‘NSA’, will provide water dispensers and bottles, hereafter called ‘equipment’ and ensure that it is in good operating condition and will service the water dispenser(s) as required and perform necessary repairs, or at its option, replace any part, or the whole equipment.
USAGE: The Customer shall use all equipment provided by NSA for the sole purpose of dispensing spring water supplied by NSA. Should another liquid or material be used in said equipment, NSA reserves the right to cancel the agreement and the Customer will be liable for any damages caused by misuse, and might upon its own discretion offset any of these damages from the Security deposit.
OWNERSHIP: NSA retains the ownership of all equipment provided, with the exception of purchased dispensers. The Customer will use the equipment and the spring water for personal, business, or household purposes only.
TERMS of PAYMENT: NSA will invoice all purchases on delivery and the customer undertakes to pay any such invoice on a delivery basis.
ENTERING YOUR PREMISES UPON DELIVERY: Upon delivery, Customer may ask NSA drivers to enter their premises to place the bottles/dispensers at their appointed location. Customers may do so at their own risk. NSA does not accept any liability or claim for damages, breakages or missing items (including cash) from within your premises.
TERMINATION: The contract can be terminated any time by the Customer or NSA by giving one month notice.
ACTION UPON TERMINATION: At the expiration or termination of this agreement, NSA shall have the right to enter the premises where the equipment is located and remove the equipment without any prior notice. NSA will not be held liable for any trespass, damage or otherwise. The Customer must pay to NSA, or its agent all outstanding fees or invoices.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION: The Customer agrees that NSA may obtain a credit report or any information concerning the Customer’s personal credit worthiness from any credit reporting agency or business which provides such information.
